Clozzet puts every store in Ahmedabad inside one app and delivers in about an hour. It takes a small team that likes hard problems and honest rooms. If that's you, say hi before we need you.
Tell us about youWe promise customers 60 minutes, so we can't be the slow part. Decisions happen in a conversation, not a review cycle. Good ideas don't wait for a quarter, and bad ones don't survive the room. Speed here means deciding quickly, shipping carefully, and fixing fast.
Nobody here is told "that's not your job." You pick a problem up, try things, learn from what doesn't work, and ship what does. Then it's yours. Titles are loose, and everyone does what the day needs.
Every day someone on the team talks to a customer or a store owner. Not a survey, a conversation. It's how we decide what to stock next, what to fix next, and when a rule should bend.
We like working side by side in the office in Ahmedabad. Hours are flexible; showing up for each other isn't.
Opinions, disagreements, criticism, rejections. Ideas get argued over, and the ones that survive get built.
When it's too much for one person, the whole team picks it up. Nobody watches someone else drown.
Late nights happen. So does cooking in the office, going out, and the occasional film once the orders are done.
Intern, part-time or full-time. We hire ahead of need, not behind it. Tell us what you'd want to do at Clozzet and show us one thing you've made. When the right role opens, you'll already be on the list.
